The Opportunity:

AMD Select is recruiting for a detail-oriented and efficient Dealership Sales Administrator to join our client's busy team in North London. This crucial role provides essential administrative support to the sales department, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of all sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing new and used vehicle sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Preparing and managing all sales administration paperwork, including finance agreements and vehicle registration documents.
Maintaining accurate sales records and databases.
Liaising with finance companies and other external partners to facilitate sales transactions.
Assisting the sales team with customer enquiries and administrative tasks.
Ensuring all sales processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinating vehicle handover processes and ensuring all documentation is complete.
Managing vehicle stock lists and ensuring accuracy.
Generating sales reports and providing administrative support to the Sales Manager.
Maintaining a professional and organised work environment.
Handling ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the automotive industry or a dealership environment.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) such as [mention specific DMS if known, e.g., Kerridge, CDK Global] would be an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
