Orchestrating sales performance

Proven experience as a Sales Controller in the automotive industry
Natural leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams
A results-oriented mindset with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Solid understanding of sales finance, including profit margins, pricing strategies, and cost control
Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with electric vehicles and knowledge of the local automotive market in New Southgate and the surrounding areas is a plus
