• People Leadership: Guide, support, encourage, and develop your team in line with the group’s people management framework; assist with talent sourcing, mentoring, and performance management.
• Financial & Risk Management: Monitor and ensure team-level and personal financial targets are met, including chargeable hours, recovery rates, and proactive debt management.
• Operational Transformation: Play a key role in identifying processes and procedures suitable for streamlining and simplification to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Strategic Collaboration: Contribute to board-level discussions regarding the strategic direction of the administration function and maintain key relationships with intermediaries and business partners.

Key Competencies & Skills
• Qualifications: Holds a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA (CGI), or ACCA.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience within the fiduciary sector, or at least 10 years of broader industry experience.
• Leadership Track Record: Proven management skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully lead, mentor, and inspire administration teams.
• Technical Expertise: Excellent understanding of fiduciary services alongside an intricate, up-to-date knowledge of the local regulatory framework.
• Attributes: A solution-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to manage workloads effectively under pressure.
