You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality regulatory service, dealing with a varied caseload across housing standards and private sector housing enforcement.

Essential Requirements
-HHSRS 2 Day Certification (mandatory)

Proven experience handling:
-Disrepair cases
-HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation)
-Housing grants
-Enforcement action
-Full UK driving licence
-Access to your own vehicle
