Job Title: EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) Specialist
Location: Rochester
Salary / Pay Rate: $80,000-$95,000

The Role
We are looking for an experienced EHS specialist to assess and represent the safety, risk, compliance, and planning across three manufacturing sites in Rochester.
• Serve as the representative for Safety & Risk compliance and planning.
• Review and approve subcontractor safety plans.
• Develop and complete site-specific safety plans and audits.
• Create action plans to address identified challenges and deficiencies.
• Participate in accident investigations and root cause analyses, and communicate safety trends and improvement opportunities to management, field supervision, customers, and employees
The Candidate
• Preferred qualifications include a degree in safety or a related field, or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of construction safety expertise.
• Possession of an OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Card.
• Exhibit professionalism and uphold the core values of the organization through conduct and demeanor.
• Acquire knowledge of safety policies and regulations.
