Our client is a wealth management company seeking to recruit a Financial Account Manager - Real Estate, Jersey.
Overall purpose of the role:
To play a lead role in the accounting of complex and varied portfolio of real estate structures in conjunction with the Senior Financial Account Manager (“SFAM”). You will develop and supervise a team of accountants based in their Bangalore Office in relation to the bookkeeping, management accounts preparation, financial statement preparation, and other ad-hoc reporting for their real estate structures.
The successful candidate will have:
• Strong technical knowledge within Real Estate, Private Equity, SPV's and funds business areas.
• ACCA/CA/CPA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Excellent proven client relationship experience and feedback
• Current IFRS / UK GAAP experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Investran desirable
