Locations: Watford or Dagenham (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + excellent benefits
Contract: Permanent, full time (Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week)

Overview:

You will support Apprentices achieve a level 3 Fire and Security Apprenticeship. To support your transition into the training sector you will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training with the opportunity to complete a training qualification.

A typical week:

-Deliver engaging & high-quality training
-Provide guidance & feedback to apprentices
-Carry out regular progress reviews
-Ensure quality & compliance standards are met

You'll need:

-3 years fire & security systems industry experience
-Experience training/coaching/developing others
-Confident communication & presentation skills
-Committed to a career change into training role
