Flexible Part-time Teaching Assistant – Taunton
Location: Taunton
Flexible working hours: Ideal for those with other commitments or passion projects
Sociable hours only: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm (no evenings or weekends)
Daily rate: £89 – with weekly pay every Friday
Are you seeking a role that fits around your schedule? We are looking for passionate individuals in the Taunton area to join us as flexible or part-time Teaching Assistants. This is your chance to support children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) while keeping a healthy work/life balance.
What You’ll Do:
• Support children with SEN either one-to-one or in small groups, under the guidance of the class teacher
• Help pupils develop life skills as well as make progress in their learning
• Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your availability weekly using our easy-to-use app

• Someone who enjoys working with children or young people, especially those with additional needs
• Open to new challenges and willing to learn
• A student or graduate (psychology, sociology, criminology, art, drama, sport, education) or anyone with experience of working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
• A willingness to visit different schools
• Great time management and organisational skills
