Job Description

• Salary £50,000 + Zones 1&2 Travel Card Provided
Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of foot mobile engineers across sites in London, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent service delivery
• Coordinate with helpdesk and contract management teams to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
• Oversee scheduling, allocation, and completion of work orders using CAFM systems
• Provide leadership, training, and performance management to engineers, drawing on prior supervisory experience
• Report directly to the Contract or Account Manager, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution
• Maintain awareness of budgets and resource usage while supporting mechanical or electrical engineering activities
