Freelance Civils General Foreman

I am working on behalf of a respected civils contractor who have secured a large-scale industrial unit project requiring an experienced Freelance General Foreman to lead site operations on the civils and groundworks package.

KEY DUTIES:
• Oversee site operations on civils and groundworks
• Scope: Earthworks, drainage, foundations, external works, etc.
• Manage direct labour and subcontractors
• Coordinate materials and plant
• Drive progress in line with programme targets
• Maintain high HSEQ standards and complete site paperwork
• Liaise with the PM, engineers, and client team

REQUIREMENT:
• Proven experience as a General Foreman on similar civils/groundworks packages
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS (Gold or Black preferred)
• First Aid at Work
• Strong understanding of groundworks sequencing and quality assurance
• Ability to lead site teams effectively and maintain momentum
