My Client are a Tier 1 Main Contractor operating nationally in the Construction Build and Civils Engineering sectors. They have a number of Projects in the Northwest Region valued between £50m - £100m+, and they are in the market for an experience Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the existing commercial function.

The minimum expected duration for the assignment is 6-8 months.

The successful candidate will be working on a project in the region of £85m consisting of 3 high-rise tower blocks and associated infrastructure.
The main purpose of the role is to support the existing commercial team in pricing packages for the project in its early stages.

The deal candidate will have:
- Project experience including: Groundworks, RC Frame, High-Rise Building, External Envelope etc
- Knowledge of D&B Contract
- Main and Tier 1 Contractor Background
