Our client, a fast-growing independent financial services group, is looking for an experienced Fund Accountant to support its expanding funds business in Guernsey.

This is a varied, highly numerical role working across a portfolio of fund structures and multiple jurisdictions. It would suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on accounting with client contact and wants broader exposure within a growing and collaborative environment. The business provides bespoke fund administration services across a range of sectors and structures.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Preparing NAV calculations, management accounts and investor reporting
• Producing and reviewing financial statements
• Supporting calls, distributions and quarterly valuations
• Overseeing bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
• Managing client audits from start to finish
• Preparing and reviewing payments and investment transactions
• Building strong working relationships with clients and intermediaries

What They’re Looking For
• At least 3 years’ relevant funds industry experience
• Professionally qualified, ideally ACCA or ACA
• Strong numerical and technical accounting skills
• Good knowledge of financial services
• Confident communication and relationship-management skills
• A well-organised approach with the ability to manage deadlines
