We are offering placement opportunities for students to work as Teaching Assistants in SEN (Special Educational Needs) schools across Gloucester and surrounding areas. Whether you study Psychology, Education, Social Work, Criminology, Drama, Art, Sports Science, or you’re still figuring out what direction to take—this placement could be the perfect way to gain skills, confidence and clarity.

• Weekly pay Every Friday – £89 per day
• Online CPD and training courses provided (including autism awareness)
• Ongoing support from your own dedicated consultant
• Opportunities for permanent roles after graduation

You don’t need to have loads of experience—we’re looking for caring, proactive, and open-minded students who are keen to get stuck in and make a difference.

• Psychology, Education, Criminology, Sport, Art and Health/Social Care students
• Students interested in SEN, mental health, or youth work
• Those looking to explore a career in teaching, therapy, or support work
• Anyone with previous experience volunteering or working with children, youth, or vulnerable adults
