Key Responsibilities:
Providing general classroom support to teachers across different year groups.
Running small group interventions in Core Subjects (English, Maths, and Science).
Mentoring pupils who need an extra confidence boost with their learning.
Getting involved in extracurricular activities, school trips, and playground duties.

Requirements:
A university degree (any discipline, though Education, Psychology, or Core Subjects are preferred).
A genuine desire to pursue a career in education or teaching.
High literacy and numeracy skills to confidently support primary pupils.
