Turn strategic plans into practical results. Our client, an established independent fiduciary business, is seeking an experienced transformation professional to establish and run its portfolio office, supporting three key group-wide initiatives.

This hands-on role involves coordinating delivery, preparing board and committee reports, tracking milestones, risks and benefits, and supporting senior stakeholders. You will also review the governance framework and hand over to an internal colleague.

You should have experience running a portfolio, project management or transformation office within regulated financial services. Trust, fiduciary, fund administration or wealth management experience is particularly valuable. Relevant project management qualifications are desirable.

Contract: Initially three months, with monthly extensions up to six months.

Hours: Full-time for the first two weeks, then three days per week.

Start: As soon as possible.
