Role: Internal / External Sales Executive

Location: Lancing, West Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends!
Overview:
We are recruiting for an Internal / External Sales Executive, on behalf of a well-established Electrical Wholesaler in the Lancing area.
Our client is looking for someone self-motivated, with a passion for sales and customer service.
As this role includes both internal and external sales, you must have a Driving Licence to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with customers from within the branch and during site visits
• Research and contact potential new customers, to grow branch customer base
• Answer the telephone, taking enquiries and orders plus processing, responding to and chasing quotes and orders
• Assisting customers with quotations, product information and pricing queries
• Maintain and develop existing customer accounts, through appropriate propositions and sales methods, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction/loyalty
• Undertake proactive call outs to dormant account holders
Experience / Skills:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Driving Licence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Proactive approach to work
