Role: Internal Key Account Manager

Overview:
A well-established and growing business is expanding its operations to Kent and the surrounding areas, creating exciting new opportunities in the region.
This position plays a vital role in supporting internal operations and maintaining strong client relationships.
Package / Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Look after the day-to-day activities of key customers
• Managing contracts, providing top-notch customer service
• Assisting the management team with various operational task
• Liaising with suppliers, ensuring prompt stock deliveries
• Actively participating in business development initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with branches Key Accounts
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in a similar role within a plumbers merchant
• A background in customer service with confident communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in plumbing, mechanical and heating industries
• Highly organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities
• Comfortable using inventory management software and MS Office tools
• Driving Licence (preferable but not essential)
Hours:
• Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am - 12pm
