Salary: £36,000 + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:
•	Oversee the daily running of the bathroom showroom, ensuring it is clean, well-presented, and welcoming for all customers.
•	Provide expert advice and guidance on bathroom products, fittings, and layout solutions to both retail and trade customers.
•	Use design tools (where applicable) to create bathroom plans and visual presentations that meet customer needs and expectations.
•	Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering excellent service and promoting high-margin or value-added products.
•	Manage, train, and motivate to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction.
•	Build lasting relationships with both retail customers and local tradespeople to encourage repeat business.
•	Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain attractive, up-to-date displays and ensure product availability.
•	Stay current with trends, product ranges, and innovations in bathroom design and functionality.
•	Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sale support with professionalism and efficiency.
•	Ensure the showroom complies with all health and safety and operational policies.
Skills and Experience Required:
•	1+ experience as a Bathroom Showroom Manager
•	Strong product knowledge of bathroom suites, furniture, brassware, and accessories.
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
•	Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
•	Good IT skills; familiarity with stock management systems and bathroom design software.
•	Commercially aware with a proactive sales mindset.

We are looking for a talented, hard working and ambitious person with ideally at least 3 years recent experience in bathroom design and experience in using Virtual Worlds.
A full UK driving licence and transport will also be required for home consultations.

The role:

You will be required to
•	Ensure that the showroom runs smoothly and effectively in order to both meet and exceed sales and profit targets while providing an effective and efficient 1st class service to all customers.
•	Visiting customer locations for home consultations and measurement
•	Bathrooms design and presentation 2D and 3D – experience of Virtual Worlds required.
•	Managing projects, dealing with contractors and suppliers, whilst meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
The successful candidate must have previous bathroom sales experience (ideally in the luxury market), as well as the following essential qualities:
•	A strong flair for design and sales
•	Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and good people skills.
•	Able to negotiate effectively and communicate on all levels
•	Good organisation skills and ability to project manage
•	Meet, greet and direct customers around the showroom
•	Take leads for every customer contact
•	Provide the customer with detailed information and advice on products and services
•	Be accountable for keeping up to date with product knowledge
•	Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring repeat business.
