Job role - Internal Sales Executive
Location - Birmingham
Overview:
We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and brings a strong understanding of electrical wholesale products and services with them.
Package/Benefits:

The Role:
• Proactively develop new business opportunities
• Contacting dormant accounts to renew business
• Processing orders, answering phones, responding to emails
• Raising quotations for customer orders
• Maintain and develop existing customer accounts
• Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues
Skills/experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience (essential)
• Confident dealing with customers (existing and new) over the phone and face-to-face
• Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
• Good customer service skills
• Team player
