Job role - Internal Sales Executive
Location - Chesterfield
Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Overview:
Join a well-established electrical wholesale business as an Internal Sales Executive, looking after some Key Account Customers and participating in inbound and outbound sales.

Package/Benefits:
• Negotiable salary (DOE)
• Bonus scheme (monthly)

Internal Sales Executive Responsibilities:
• Managing set Key Account Customers, acting as first point of contact, processing sales, assisting with queries and resolving any issues
• Raising quotations for customer orders
• Processing orders, answering phones, responding to emails
• Contacting dormant accounts to renew business
• Researching and contacting potential new customers to build relationships
• Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues
• Maintain and develop existing customer accounts
Skills/Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Driving Licence (as you may occasionally go and see existing customers)
• Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
• A love for sales and customer service
• Team player
