Our client is a very well established electrical wholesale business that is looking to recruit an Internal Sales / Trade Counter person to join their team in Knutsford, Cheshire
Package / Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Inbound and outbound telesales
• Taking and processing orders
• Serve customers on the trade counter and answer telephone enquiries
• Prepare new displays for the trade counter with offers or new products
• Keeping customers up to date with offers and events
• Assist customers with product selections, offering advice and information where appropriate
• Providing support in the warehouse when required
Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Ability to work with a team and individually
• Confident dealing with customers face to face and over the phone
• Friendly, personable and able to build relationships with a variety of customers
