Role: Internal Sales / Trade Counter

Location: Northallerton
Salary: Negotiable (DOE) + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday only - No weekend hours

Overview:
Join our clients thriving Electrical Wholesale branch in an Internal Sale / Trade Counter Executive, where you’ll take the lead in nurturing loyal customer relationships, spark exciting new business opportunities and provide excellent levels of customer service.

This role would suit someone who is a team player and happy to chip in where required within a branch in order to get things done!

Responsibilities:
• Serving customers on the trade counter
• Raising quotations for customer orders
• Processing orders, answering phones, responding to emails
• Researching and contacting potential new customers to build relationships
• Contacting dormant accounts to renew business
• Assisting with picking / packing orders for customers

Requirements:
• Electrical Wholesale experience (preferable)
• Good telephone manner 
• Team player
