Job role - Internal Sales / Trade Counter
Location - Ashford
Overview:
A growing Electrical Wholesale business in the Ashford area are looking to recruit an Internal Sales / Trade Counter individual to join their busy team.
Package/Benefits:
• Negotiable salary (DOE)

The Role:
• Serving customers on the trade counter
• Assisting customers with any queries on products, stock, pricing etc.
• Processing orders, answering phones, responding to emails
• Raising quotations for customer orders
• Contacting dormant accounts to renew business
• Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
Skills/experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
• Team player
Hours:
• Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8am - 11am) paid as overtime
