Role: Internal Sales
Location: Leeds
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (no weekends)
Overview:
Our client, a well-established and very successful business based in South Leeds area are looking to recruit a self-motivated, intuitive person to manage accounts and drive sales via phone, with new and existing customers.
Package / Benefits:
• Negotiable salary DOE

Roles and responsibilities:
• Working within a team, dealing with sales orders and customer enquiries mainly on the phone and by email
• Developing existing relationships with customers and proactively opening and developing new accounts
• Actively chasing quotes for feedback and order progression
• Build relationships with customers to become an integral part of the success of the business.
• Accounts payable, credit control, and cash reconciliation
• General office duties (filing, ordering supplies)
Experience / Skills:
• Electrical Wholesaler / Distributor experience.
• Have the ambition to maximise customer service and improve the customers experience.
• Internal Sales experience.
• A flexible approach and ability to work under pressure.
