Role: Internal Sales

Location: Plymouth
Hours: 42.5 hours + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (paid overtime)
Overview:
Our well-established client in Plymouth are looking to recruit an Internal Sales person to join their branch.
Within this role, you will also cover other areas in the branch such as; purchasing and trade counter sales, so you must be flexible and a good team player.

Responsibilities:
• Inbound and outbound telesales
• Taking and processing orders
• Serving customers via the telephone and trade counter
• Provide technical support and product advice to customers
• Processing purchase invoices, debit notes and purchase orders
• Processing customer invoices and credit notes
• Organise promotions and other customer incentives/events
• Receiving and booking in deliveries from suppliers
Skills / Experience:
• Experience in the Electrical Wholesale industry or similar related industry (builders merchant / tool & plant hire / plumbers merchant)
• Good team player - happy to assist in all areas within a branch
• Comfortable dealing with contractors, face to face and over the phone
