Job role - Internal Sales

Overview:
We are seeking an Internal Sales professional to join our client’s growing team in Tonbridge.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and brings a strong understanding of electrical wholesale products and services.

The Role:
• Processing orders, answering phones, responding to emails
• Raising quotations for customer orders
• Contacting dormant accounts to renew business
• Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues
• Proactive telephone sales
• Maintain and develop existing customer accounts
Skills/experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Confident dealing with customers (existing and new) over the phone
• Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
• Good customer service skills
• Team player
