Job role - Internal Sales
Location - Ashford, Kent
Overview:
We’re recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a busy and growing Electrical Wholesale business in Ashford Kent, managing a portfolio of key customer accounts.
This is a predominantly office-based role with a strong focus on telephone sales activity, building relationships through both proactive outbound calls and reactive inbound enquiries.

The Role:
• Researching and contacting potential new customers to build relationships
• Raising quotations for customer orders
• Processing orders, answering phones, responding to emails
• Contacting dormant accounts to renew business
• Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues
• Maintain and develop existing customer accounts
• Willingness to help on the Trade Counter (rarely) if needed
Skills/experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Internal Sales experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
• Team player
• Positive and upbeat attitude
Hours:
• Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (7am - 11am) paid as overtime
