Location: Strood (onsite & field based)
Salary: Up to £29,253 + 22.5 pension
Contract: Full time, permanent, term time only + 1 week

Seeking a passionate and dedicated individual with experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs within the workplace.

Overview:

Working for a leading education provider, you will provide work related support to individuals completing a term long Supported Internship Programme (1 day classroom, 4 days work).

A typical week:

-Visit students in the workplace
-Provide in classroom support
-Work closely with employers to ensure success
-Provide on the job training in work settings

You'll need the following:

-Experience working with SEN learners
-Experience of mentoring & coaching in the workplace
-Ability to inspire & motivate learners/employers
-Car driver, flexible with local travel
