Job Title: Bathroom and Kitchen Sales Designer
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, Saturday 08:30 – 16:00 (day off in the week)
Saturdays reducing to 3 in 4.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Bathroom & Kitchen Sales Advisor / Designer, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers bring their ideas to life. Every day will be varied, with tasks including:
• Greeting customers and offering a warm, professional service.
• Guiding customers in choosing tiles, bathrooms, and kitchens that suit their style and budget.
• Creating accurate quotations and calculating tiling requirements.
• Designing bespoke bathrooms and kitchens using our Virtual Worlds design system (don’t worry, full training provided!).
• Answering customer queries by phone and email.
• Keeping the showroom welcoming, tidy, and fully stocked with brochures.
• Supporting behind-the-scenes tasks like order tracking and arranging deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Have experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Bring knowledge of tiles, bathrooms, or kitchens
• Have an eye for design or a keen interest in interiors.
• Are confident using computers and comfortable with basic maths.
• Are polite, approachable, and great at building rapport with people of all ages.
• Enjoy going the extra mile to make sure customers leave happy and return again.
