Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 – 17:00, Sat 10:00 – 17:00 (day off in lieu in the week)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 OTE
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, interiors business specialising in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms across West London.
Known for their bespoke approach, strong customer relationships, and outstanding showroom experience, they are now looking to hire a Kitchen Sales Designer to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales designer who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional, tailored design solutions.
The Role
Reporting into the Showroom Manager, you will take ownership of the full client journey — from initial consultation through to final design and sale. You’ll combine creative flair with strong commercial awareness to deliver designs that not only inspire but also convert.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver an exceptional showroom experience, confidently engaging walk-in clients and handling enquiries
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets
• Produce design proposals including plans, elevations, 3D visuals, and quotations
• Manage clients through the full design and sales lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system
• Proactively follow up on leads, proposals, and opportunities to maximise conversion
Day-to-Day Activities
• Create commercially viable designs aligned with client budgets
• Present and refine design concepts in collaboration with clients
• Use Winner (or similar) to produce high-quality visuals and technical drawings
• Prepare accurate quotations and guide clients through the sign-off process
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail to minimise errors and remedial work
• Support showroom standards and contribute to overall retail performance
• Engage with local audiences and the design community, including social media activity
About You
• Proven experience in a sales-driven design role, specifically with kitchens
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of converting leads into sales
• Skilled in design software such as Winner (or equivalent)
• Up-to-date knowledge of kitchen products, brands, and design trends
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• CRM experience (ideally HubSpot)
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for customer experience
