Job Description

Maximus Solutions are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Labourers to join busy construction sites across Worcestershire.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals with previous construction site experience who are confident working as part of a team and assisting with general site duties.

Responsibilities

- Carrying out general labouring duties on site.
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Assisting tradespeople and other site workers.
- Moving materials and equipment around site.
- Following site health and safety procedures.
- Ensuring work areas are maintained to a good standard.

Requirements

- Previous construction site experience preferred.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full PPE.
- Good understanding of site health and safety.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
