Axcis is currently supporting a mainstream secondary school in the Hall Green area which pride themselves on meeting every individuals needs. They are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work with individuals with SEND needs. The successful candidate will work on a timetable basis. supporting different individuals at different times of the day.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30, whereby your time will be direct by your timetable. This is the perfect opportunity to make a real difference to this learning and personal development of many young people with varying SEND needs.

Job details:
• Working on a timetable basis, supporting various individuals with SEND needs
• Full time hours (8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday)
• Ongoing basis starting ASAP
• Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements:
• Experience in working with various SEND needs (ASD, MLD, ADHD, Dyslexia) – Essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required or we’re happy to carry out a new one ahead of you starting the position – Essential
• Minimum of 2 good references – Essential
