We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a large college in the Westminster area.

Start date- September
Salary- Dependent on experience
Interview date- June

• Supportive & Purposeful Role: Help students with additional needs thrive—both in and out of the classroom—through one-to-one and small group support.
• Confident in Core Subjects: Support learning in English, Maths and Science, helping students build confidence and understanding.
• UK-Based Skills Welcome: UK classroom experience or a UK degree is highly desirable, particularly in education or related fields.
• Team Player Needed: Work collaboratively with teachers and the SEND team to promote an inclusive and focused learning environment.
• Room to Grow: Training, ongoing support and the potential for a long-term or permanent role available for the right candidate.
