Learning Support Worker (SEND & SEMH)
Location: Tameside (OL6) | Pay: £95 – £120 per day
The Role:
Focus on the "whole child" as a Learning Support Worker in Tameside. This role is ideal for those with a background in psychology or social care, working with pupils who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Duties:
Delivering 1:1 interventions, tracking behavioural progress, and providing a calming presence.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with de-escalation techniques (e.g., Team Teach) is a major plus.
