This position will involve supporting a small group of five pupils with additional needs within the school’s SEND classroom. The successful candidate will take a leading role within the classroom, working under the guidance and support of the school’s senior leadership team to help deliver a structured, and engaging learning environment. The children within the provision present with a range of additional needs, including autism, moderate learning difficulties, and speech and language needs.
The role will also involve supporting pupils with personal care, as three children within the class require assistance in this area. The school benefits from onsite parking and excellent public transport links within walking distance, with Ormskirk train station located approximately 20 minutes away on foot.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference within a rewarding SEND role.
