Luxury Showroom Team Leader
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + performance bonus potential up to £13,952 (OTE £43,952)
Location: Suffolk (Bury St. Edmunds area)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours/week, some weekend working on a rota basis

As a Showroom Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, supporting your team, and delivering a truly exceptional customer experience. You’ll work in a beautiful showroom environment, leading by example and bringing your passion for interiors and luxury products to every interaction.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and support a team of sales advisors, helping them hit targets and develop their skills
• Manage your own customer leads and conduct face-to-face showroom appointments
• Provide expert advice on products, pricing, and interiors, delivering an exceptional luxury experience
• Handle customer queries, quotations, payments, deliveries, and aftersales service
• Monitor CRM activity and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist with staff induction and training, sharing your knowledge and passion for excellence

About you:
• Experienced in sales and confident in managing a team
• Knowledge or experience in luxury goods or interiors is a bonus
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and hands-on
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communicator, able to inspire and lead your team
