Description

Our client is a prestigious, internationally-focused financial exchange operating at the forefront of the capital markets sector. Known for its strong local roots and truly global ambitions, this organization offers a fast-paced, highly professional environment primed for significant growth and planned market expansion.

They are seeking a high-caliber professional to join their Listings department in Guernsey. Reporting directly to the Director & Head of Listings, this role is a pivotal position designed to support the effective management of the department during an exciting phase of corporate scaling.

Key Responsibilities
• Workflow & Capacity Management: Monitor and manage daily workflows, ensuring team capacity planning aligns with operational demands.
• Member Engagement: Deliver proactive, service-focused engagement with Members regarding listings applications and related inquiries.
• Application Scrutiny: Thoroughly review and scrutinize complex listings applications while managing and approving precise input data.
• Training & Development: Conduct regular meetings with Listing Members to deliver targeted training sessions and professional workshops.
• Regulatory Decision Making: Following comprehensive internal training, actively participate as a core member of the Listing and Membership Committee (LMC).

Key Competencies & Qualifications
• Industry Knowledge: A proven track record and sound understanding of the Financial Services industry, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICA or CISI).
• Analytical Mindset: An investigative, detail-oriented approach driven by intellectual curiosity, with a sharp focus on high accuracy.
• Judgement & Problem Solving: The ability to exercise strong, logical judgement when navigating partial, ambiguous, or highly complex information.
• Process Optimization: A natural aptitude for identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
• Client Excellence: A demonstrable commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
