Description

A well-established provider of private wealth, corporate administration and related professional services is expanding its Operations team in Guernsey. The business supports companies, individuals and families across multiple jurisdictions and operates within a strong regulatory and governance framework.

The Role
This position sits within the Operations function and is responsible for managing Guernsey Registry obligations, maintaining key statutory and beneficial ownership data, overseeing in-house and administered entities, and supporting operational projects. The role also includes leadership responsibility for junior team members and close collaboration with client-facing teams.

What You Need
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant Trust and Company role
• A relevant professional qualification such as CGI or STEP
• Experience making submissions via the Guernsey Registry
• Strong understanding of operational risk, regulatory requirements and best practice
• Ability to manage projects, write technical reports and mentor junior colleagues
