Are you an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of a high-profile infrastructure scheme?
A leading name in UK civil engineering is looking for a commercially driven professional to play a key role in delivering the A4123 Bus-Walk-Cycle Corridor—a landmark project featuring £5m of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and £44m in construction value.

What You’ll Be Doing
Taking full ownership of the commercial function across the project lifecycle
Leading cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting with confidence
Driving subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance
Managing NEC3/4 Option C contracts (with ECI) and overseeing PSC contracts
Ensuring accurate valuations, variations, and successful final account agreements
Influencing project direction through risk management and value engineering
Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team
What We’re Looking For
Proven success as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
Strong expertise in NEC contracts, particularly Option C and ECI
Experience managing teams and delivering complex projects
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
