About the role
You’ll work with students who may be experiencing anxiety, low confidence, or challenges outside the classroom, helping them stay engaged and supported throughout the school day.
Key responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one pastoral and emotional support
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students
• Support students in managing emotions and behaviour
• Work alongside teachers and safeguarding teams
• Help create a safe, positive school environment
What success looks like
You’ll become a trusted adult for students who need support, helping them feel more confident, stable, and able to succeed in school.
