Join our Cardiff based, engineering team, as a Multi Skilled Engineer, where your technical prowess and communication skills will contribute to the success of our diverse repair and maintenance services. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to fill this dynamic role, ensuring the efficient operation of plant, equipment, and buildings.
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will:
Perform a wide range of unsupervised routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, showcasing expertise in mechanical and electrical work.
Conduct testing and certification of electrical installations in accordance with IEE 17th/18th/19th edition.
Apply knowledge of cooling systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Split Pack Air Conditioning.
Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) for fault diagnostics.
Plan, prioritize, and efficiently allocate work tasks.
Maintain open communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for candidates with:
Full qualification as an electrician, including relevant certifications.
Proven experience in Facilities Management positions, demonstrating a track record of success.
Familiarity with cooling systems, AHUs, and Split Pack Air Conditioning.
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) to a fault diagnostic level.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
Full driving license.
