About the role:
Lead and coordinate complex assessments and interventions

Provide supervision and support to junior OT staff and students

Promote independence, well-being, and quality of life for students with varied and complex needs

Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Experience in supervising staff and/or students

Skilled in complex case management and confident in SEND settings
