Our Clients based in Colnbrook are seeking a reliable and detail orientated individual for the position of Office Administrator. Daily duties will involve ensuring efficient handling office & administrative requirements, including compliance, facilities management, training, human resources, customer service and I.T.
Role duties would include
• First point of contact for all visitors/guests on site.
• Arrange service and calibration visits/certifications and remedial works for all plant/machinery.
• Fleet Management – Insurance, Tax, Service, Repairs, Congestion Charge & Euro Car park registration.
• Arrange Business insurances/licenses including, Fleet, Goods in Transit, Public Liability, Directors & Officers,
Contents Insurance, Music Licence etc
• Ordering of all supplies for the Office & Operation (with approval from Finance)
• First point of contact for all HR administration with the support of outsourced HR provider for escalation.
• Site lead for all audits, incidents, investigations and customer inspections
• Setting up of new suppliers & customers following the supplier/customer set up process.
• Negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers/customers.
• Arrange - Fire Risk Assessment, Asbestos Risk Assessment, Monthly Water Testing, Legionella Risk
Assessment and Testing, Fire Alarm Testing, Emergency Lighting Testing etc

Ideal candidate must have :
•GCSE – Minimum A-C Grade in Maths and English or equivalent
•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
•Detail Orientated
•Must be able to work independently and as part of a larger team with a flexible can do attitude
•Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet set deadlines
Advantage for candidate to have :
• 2 years experience in similar administrative role
• Experience with industry specific accreditations
Mon - Fri 0800 -1630 hrs (30 minutes for lunch)
Salary 28K -30K
