Description

A leading professional services firm is seeking an Onboarding & People Administrator to join its collaborative HR team in Guernsey. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth employee experience across the colleague lifecycle — from onboarding and compliance to data management and ongoing People initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including contracts, IT setup, and compliance checks.
• Maintain accurate colleague records in HR systems and support payroll data accuracy.
• Assist with HR queries, policies, and administrative processes.
• Support People-related projects and process improvements.

Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in HR or People administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
• CIPD qualification or experience in a regulated environment would be an advantage.
