Our client, a reputable and well-established automotive bodyshop in Aylesbury, is looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in their craft and is looking for stability, development, and a friendly working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out high-quality repairs on vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.

Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged body panels.

Using specialist body repair equipment including jigs, welders, and pulling systems.

Working closely with the paint and prep team to ensure vehicles are completed on time.

Adhering to health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Bodyshop Technician.

Ability to work independently and to a high standard.

ATA or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Body Repair is preferred but not essential.

Good communication and time management skills.

Own tools are advantageous (some tools can be provided if needed).
