Part-Time Primary Teacher – Supply Role in Epsom
We are recruiting for an experienced and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Epsom, Surrey, from September 2026.
This part-time teaching opportunity would suit a qualified Primary Teacher who enjoys variety and is confident working across different year groups. The role may include teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on the school's requirements, so flexibility and the ability to settle quickly into different classrooms are important.
The school is looking for a confident teacher with strong classroom management skills who can support pupils with a range of abilities, including Special Educational Needs (SEN), and create a calm, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

The Role
As a Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required
Maintain high standards of teaching and learning
Create a calm, structured and positive classroom environment
Adapt teaching approaches to meet different learning needs
Support pupils with SEN and additional needs
Establish positive relationships with pupils and staff
Follow school policies and classroom routines
Use Google Classroom and other educational technology to support learning
Provide reliable and consistent classroom cover
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Previous experience teaching in a UK primary school
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Experience supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable
Confidence teaching across different primary year groups
Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using Google Classroom, or willingness to learn
Flexible, reliable and professional approach
Commitment to supporting pupils' academic progress and wellbeing
