Kenton Black Finance are representing a friendly firm seeking a friendly and experienced Payroll Administrator to work in a HYBRID role from their York office on either a FULLTIME or PART TIME BASIS.
This Payroll Administrator opportunity is ideal for an experienced Payroll processing professional with full end to end payroll processing experience, seeking to join a progressive and stable firm offering and friendly and pleasant working environment within a small payroll team and HYBRID working (1 day per week) , Healthcare Cover, Pension, 24 days hols, CIPP funded training!
Payroll Administrator Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -
Full end to end Payroll Administrator duties comprising of the following :
Processing Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, 4 weekly payrolls via SAGE (training provided)
Dealing with HMRC & RTI
Processing SMP, SSP
Dealing with clients and answering any client queries
Auto enrolment/pensions
Dealing with starters/leavers, P45/P46’s

Person Specification
Ideally the successful Payroll Administrator will possess payroll processing experience within accountancy/bureau/umbrella or inhouse payroll processing expertise.
