Plumber x 2 – Llandudno – Social Housing Project

Hours: 40–45 hours per week

MEP Technical Talent are recruiting 2 x experienced Plumbers for a social housing apartment block project in Llandudno.

This is a live site installing new-build / refurbishment apartments, so we’re looking for reliable, tidy operatives with experience working in residential environments.

Scope of Works:

Installation of Dimplex Edel units

2nd fixing bathrooms

General domestic pipework installation

Working with:

Copper crimped fittings

Henco plastic pipework

Requirements:

Valid CSCS / JIB card (minimum Blue Skilled Worker)

Proven experience on social housing or apartment schemes

Experience installing heat pump / cylinder systems (Dimplex Edel experience desirable)

Ability to work independently and to programme

Own tools & PPE
