Primary Supply Teacher - Stockport - ASAP/January 2026 starts

Location: Stockport and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate start
Contract: Full-time, part-time, and day-to-day
Pay Rate: £120 to £180 per day, PAYE (Experience dependant)

Axcis Education is working in partnership with a number of Stockport primary schools who are in need of reliable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to provide classroom cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a healthy work-life balance while continuing to inspire and support young learners. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, maintain classroom routines, and ensure continuity of learning when the class teacher is absent.

We’re looking for:
• Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) or PGCE/ETC's
• Individuals confident delivering across a range of subjects
• Flexible professionals who can adapt quickly to new environments
• Those with a positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Duties include:
• Delivering planned lessons and supporting the wider curriculum
• Creating an engaging and positive learning environment
• Managing behaviour effectively and supporting all learners
• Collaborating with teaching assistants and school staff
