Primary Supply Teacher – Mainstream Primary School
We are recruiting for a Primary Supply Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in West Molesey, supporting classes across the school on a supply basis.
The school is looking for a confident, adaptable teacher who is happy working across different year groups and can provide high-quality teaching and classroom cover as required.
The role would suit a teacher who enjoys the variety of supply work and is flexible to support both KS1 and KS2 classes. There may be opportunities for regular and ongoing work for the right teacher.
The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across mainstream primary classes
Provide cover across different year groups as required
Be flexible to work with both KS1 and KS2 pupils
Follow existing lesson plans and school systems
Adapt your teaching to suit different classes and individual learning needs
Establish positive relationships with pupils and staff
Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other school staff
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school

Ability to adapt teaching across different year groups
Flexibility to support both KS1 and KS2 is desirable
Calm, adaptable and approachable manner
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using Google Classroom, or willingness to learn
Reliable and professional approach
